گرمیوں میں کپڑوں کے نیچے ویسٹ یا بنیان پہنیں , اور خدارا deodorant کا استعمال کریں. دوسروں کو اذیت میں مبتلا کرنا مذہب اور اخلاقیات دونوں کے خلاف ہے.
اگر آپ کے منہ سے بدبو آتی ہے جس کی کئی وجوہات ہو سکتی ہیں تو اچھا سا ماوتھ واش اپنے پاس رکھیں اور جب لوگوں کے قریب بیٹھ کر گفتگو کرنا پڑے تو انہیں امتحان میں مت ڈالیں.
